A high capacity broiler designed for flexible broiling. The automatic conveyor grill is designed to cook burgers in uniform and consistent way. The burger patties are loaded on the front end, passed through electrically heated chamber and off loaded on trays underneath. Excess fat is separated from the meat during and after cooking and stored in tray underneath.

RC-400T – 17 Litre Large Doublr Tank Twin Basket 4 Burner Gas Fryer
Rotoquip’s RC-400T fryer has larger than standard double tanks in a single wider body when compared to a standard fryer. With 2x full size baskets and a larger oil vat, the RC-400T commercial gas deep fryer gives consistent results throughout service. Heats up quickly and maintains the required temperature. Fully welded large 2 x 17.5 litre double stainless steel oil tank which utilises a seated cooling zone to help reduce food residue whilst prolonging oil’s lifespan. High quality Italian SIT thermostat maintains a selected temperature so you can efficiently and confidently control burners. Easy to use and easy to clean oil change thanks to simple front door access with front facing drain tap. Manual ignition, stable flame tube burners and standby pilots allow for quick recovery. Frying two products at once, it’s the ideal deep fryer for confined kitchens with high turnover. Finished in low maintenance, seem free, 304 stainless steel for a quick kitchen cleanup.
