With it’s twin motor design, Rotoquip’s meat extruder is 80% faster and more hygienic than conventional way. Using a foot pedal, Minced meat is funnelled through a preset mould to achieve the desired size of finished product in seconds. The process of forming kebabs and handling raw meat by hand has been eliminated, making it hygienic and safe to use. With it’s small foot print and spacious 20kg bowl, The RKX-20 can mass produce kebabs requiring minimum space and effort.
