Fully welded large 2 x 17.5 litre double stainless steel oil tank which utilises a seated cooling zone to help reduce food residue whilst prolonging oil’s lifespan. High quality Italian SIT thermostat maintains a selected temperature so you can efficiently and confidently control burners. Easy to use and easy to clean oil change thanks to simple front door access with front facing drain tap. Manual ignition, stable flame tube burners and standby pilots allow for quick recovery. Frying two products at once, it’s the ideal deep fryer for confined kitchens with high turnover. Finished in low maintenance, seem free, 304 stainless steel for a quick kitchen cleanup.
