The RCG-36 has three H shaped cast iron burners (27,000 BTU / each). The heat is retained and distributed equally throughout the surface due to a thicker plate than standard griddles. A battery ignition system helps to light the burner which can be adjusted high / low using high quality steel knob

Construction

The RCG-36 is constructed with durable and tough steel for maximum rigidity whilst the outside is covered in high quality stainless steel. The 19mm Thick steel flat plate is polished smooth for easy cleaning and better cooking. Large zinc alloy knobs coated in chrome to adjust flame level on each burner individually.
