RYSD-06 – 6 Grid Electric Boilerless Combi Steamer
The Rotoquip RYSD-06 combi oven takes "easy-to-use" to a whole new level. The time, temperature, and humidity are controlled with 3 simple knobs. Furthermore, you can rest assured knowing the humidity will be self-adjusted once the temperature has been set. (though it can still be manually adjusted). Being boilerless, this combi oven uses a form of direct steam creation that will work to save you energy and water.
With the RYSD-06 you're getting an electrically heated oven with a temperature range of 50 - 250 degrees celsius. It comes with 4 stainless steel Grab-n-Go mesh racks for easy access to your pans. The maximum capacity allows for a total of 6 x 1/1 GN pans.
