High quality Italian SIT thermostat maintains a selected temperature so you can efficiently and confidently control burners. Easy to use and easy to clean oil change thanks to simple front door access with front facing drain tap. Manual ignition, stable flame tube burners and standby pilots allow for quick recovery. frying with more power than a standard fryer it’s the ideal deep fryer for confined kitchens with high turnover. Finished in low maintenance, seem free, 304 stainless steel for a quick kitchen cleanup. Approved gas appliance, both natural gas or LPG versions. As standard the fryer comes with 2 x nickel plated baskets with heat resistant coated handles (lid to suit sold separately).
